TOY REQUEST GUIDELINES
What to expect
Through December 5th, parents/guardians can apply in advance to receive gift bags for their children. Applicants will receive an email acknowledging receipt of their application and a ticket number. The ticket number must be used when submitting documents and picking up gift bags. Once your application and documents have been reviewed, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours.
Throughout the month of November and December, you will receive updates on our progress along with the date and location for receiving your gift bag/s.

Photo ID is required to pickup gift bags.

Eligibility Requirements

Live in the state of Arkansas, Tennessee or Mississippi

Child/children must be age newborn-10 years at the time of registration.

Household child/children must be eligible to receive governmental assistance.
Proof of Relationship to Child/Children (submit only one item)

Child birth certificate required to verify the child's age, gender and relationship to the person requesting toys.

School enrollment document
*In certain circumstances, proof of income may be required.

We accept evidence you are receiving food stamps/SNAP, Medicaid/TennCare/ARKids, TANF, SSI, LIHEAP, child support payments, WIC, Families First, free/reduced lunch, HUD housing, Head Start, VA, disability, unemployment, or foster care payments.

We are always looking for ways to improve our processes. sponsorship instructions will be posted no later than October 1st.
The children selected by enchanted for the annual toy giveaway come from families who completed applications during our toy request registration period. Approved families are experiencing a financial crisis or hardship. child/children participate in free or reduced lunch program, receive TANF, receive SNAP (previously known as food stamps), low income, and or at/below the poverty line.
